聚焦超声治疗CINⅠ-Ⅱ的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:通过聚焦超声治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ-Ⅱ,探讨其临床疗效,从而评价聚焦超声治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ-Ⅱ的有效性和安全性。方法:对2005年1月至2007年6月,采用聚焦超声治疗的456例宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ-Ⅱ级患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:456例患者经聚焦超声治疗后6个月,治愈233例(51.1%),好转202例(44.3%),无效21例(4.6%),总有效率为95.4%;治疗后12个月,17例患者复发,总的有效率为91.7%;治疗后24个月,均无复发病例。聚焦超声治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级的疗效差异无统计学意义。结论:聚焦超声是治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ-Ⅱ安全、有效的新方法。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅰ to Ⅱ, as well as its safety. Methods： Clinical data of 456 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅰ to Ⅱtreated with focused ultrasound from January 2005 to June 2007 were retrospectively reviewed. Results： In 456 cases, the ratio of effectiveness was 95.4%, 233 cases were completely cured（51.1%）, 202 cases were improved（44.3%）, and only 20 patients（4.6%） were ineffective in first 6 month. Seventeen cases were recurred in the first year, and the ratio of effectiveness was 91.7%. None was recurred in the 2nd year. No difference was found in the curative effect between the CIN Ⅰ and CIN Ⅱ. Conclusion： Focused ultrasound is a kind of effective method for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅰ to Ⅱ.
