摘　　要：风险管理是软件项目管理的重要组成部分,是减少软件项目失败的重要手段之一。小型软件项目在我国软件行业中占有主导地位,因此本文对小型软件项目的风险管理进行了研究。在风险管理的基本理论基础上,确定了小型软件项目风险管理的总体流程,构建了其风险评估辅助软件模型。该模型可以作为小型软件项目风险管理的参考模型。The risk management is an important constituent of software project management, also an important method to reduce failure of software project. Small software project occupies a dominant position in software industry of our country, therefore, risk management of small software project is researched in this paper. The basic flow of small software project is confirmed based on the basic theoretics of risk management. And the model of assistant software for risk assessment is constructed. This model provides reference model for small software project.
