摘 要:湖北地区已发现淡水溪蟹33种,其中东洋界的物种30种,占90.9%;古北界的物种1种,占3.0%;广布两界的物种2种,占6.1%。与邻近的贵州、湖南、江西和河南地区的淡水溪蟹区系比较研究后,湖北地区淡水溪蟹区系应划归东洋界。In the present paper the writers attempt to deal with the problem of the delimitation of the boundaries of the zoogeographical regions in Hubei on the basis of the freshwater crabs fauna.Among the 33 species of freshwater crabs listed,30 species(or 90.9%) belonged to the species entirely or mainly distributed in the Oriental region,1 species(3.0%) to those entirely or mainly distributed in the Palaearctic region,and 2 species (6.1%) to those distributed in both Oriental and Palaearctic regions.Based on the comparison with the freshwater crab fauna of adjacent provinces,including guizhou Jiangxi,Hunan and Henan,our research results show that The freshwater crab fauna of Hubei province should be included in the Oriental region.
