摘  要:以Al(NO3)3·9H2O和CO(NH2)2为主要原料,乙醇-水混合液为溶剂,采用静态溶剂热法制备出了叶片状且一端聚集在一起的分级构造簇状纳米氧化铝。通过SEM、XRD、FTIR和N2吸附-脱附等温线等手段对所得产物进行的表征,研究了溶剂热方式,PEG20000添加剂对产物形貌和结构的影响。结果表明PEG20000的存在与否对产物的形貌没有影响但却能显著影响产物的比表面积和孔结构参数,溶剂热方式可以改变产物的精细结构。本文对产物形成机理进行了推测,认为在勃姆石形成过程中产生的非勃姆石物种扮演着模板的作用,是产物最终形貌形成和精细结构可控的关键。Alumina leafy cluster with hierarchical structure in the form of nanoflakes ended in a bundle was obtained by solvothermal approach using Al(NO3)3·9H2O and CO(NH2)2 as main raw materials,ethanol-water mixture as solvent.The resulting materials were characterized by SEM,XRD,FTIR and N2 adsorption-desorption isothermal to investigate the influence of the solvothermal mode and PEG20000 addition on microstructure and morphology of nanoalumina.The results show that PEG20000 has a significant impact on specific surface area and pore parameters and can not affect morphology of the product,and the mode of solvothermal approach can change fine structure of the product.Furthermore the formation mechanism of as-prepared materials was suggested.It is considered that the non-boehmite species created in forming process of boehmite play the role of template and is the key controlling the ultimate morphology and fine structure of product.
