毛细管气相色谱法同时测定油漆稀释剂中多种微量的苯系物

摘　　要：本文建立了同时测定油漆稀释剂中多种苯系物的毛细管气相色谱方法。以三氯甲烷作为溶剂溶解样品,利用毛细管柱气相色谱-FID检测,以外标法定量。分别测定了苯、甲苯、乙苯、间(对)二甲苯、邻二甲苯的标准工作曲线方程,检出限及线性范围。对油漆稀释剂实际样品进行检测,并实施了3个不同水平的添加,每个水平重复5次进样,测定了苯、甲苯、乙苯、间(对)二甲苯、邻二甲苯的平均质量浓度、平均回收率范围、相对标准偏差范围。实验结果表明,本方法操作简单、快速,定量准确、灵敏度高、线性范围宽,测定结果令人满意。Capillary gas chromatography was established for simultaneous determination of several trace benzene homologues in oil paint thinner,including benzene,methylbenzene,ethylbenzene,m（p）-xylene and o-xylene.The samples dissolved in chloroform solvent were quantified by external standardization method by using a capillary column with a flame ionization detector.The equations for linear regression calibration curves of benzene,methylbenzene,ethylbenzene,m（p）-xylene and o-xylene,detection limits to these homologues（S/N=3）,the linear ranges for measuring these homologues were tested. A true oil paint thinner sample（dilution of crocodile brand） was diluted and measured,and three different levels of standard additions were added individually to this sample,on which five replicate samples were performed at each level.The average mass concentration of benzene,methylbenzene,ethylbenzene,m（p）-xylene and o-xylene,the average recoveries from spiked samples and the corresponding relative standard deviations were determined,respectively.The satisfying result showed the proposed method has several attributes,such as simple,less time and labor-intensive,high sensitivity,accurate,wide linear range and so on.
