摘 要:利用AMMI模型对种植在4个试点的11个粳稻品种的稻米品质进行稳定性分析,以品质性状的表型值及其相应的稳定性参数(Di)为指标,对供试品种进行聚类分析和评价。结果表明,品质性状在不同品种和环境间的差异以及品种×环境互作效应均达极显著水平;品质性状的稳定性随品种和环境不同而变化较大,品质性状的稳定性顺序为粒宽>粒长>碱消值>直链淀粉含量>蛋白质含量>糙米率>精米率>整精米率>垩白粒率,其稳定性参数分别为0.13,0.14,0.31,0.37,0.43,0.48,0.79,0.84和2.33。综合考虑稻米的品质性状及其稳定性,云粳4号、云粳优10号、云粳12号和云粳15号稻米品质好且稳定性较高,可作育种亲本,以改良稻米品质及其稳定性。The stability of grain quality traits of 11 improved japonica rice cultivars planted in four sites was analyzed using additive main effects and multiplicative interaction(AMMI) model.11 tested cultivars were further clustered and evaluated based on the phenotypic values of 9 grain quality traits and their value from the AMMI analysis.The results showed that the interaction effects of genotype by environment,and the difference both in genotype and environment were all significant at 1 % level.The stability of the grain quality traits varied with varieties and environments.The stability of grain quality traits was in the following order from the largest to smallest,i.e.grain width,grain length,alkali digestion value,amylose content,protein content,brown rice rate,milled rice rate,head rice rate and chalky rice percentage,and their values were 0.13,0.14,0.31,0.37,0.43,0.48,0.79,0.84 and 2.33,respectively.Based on the comprehensive values of grain quality traits and their stabilities,Yunjing 4,Yunjingyou 10,Yunjing 12 and Yunjing 15 could be applied as rice breeding parents to improve the grain quality and stability.
