摘 要:为合理利用甘薯品种(系)资源,对15个从省外引进的甘薯品种(系)进行了27项形态标记的聚类分析,进而研究他们的遗传亲缘关系,结果表明:在欧式距离7.20处可将参试各资源分成4类。Y1和其他的甘薯品种(系)间的亲缘关系相对较远;从四川引进的6个品种(系)中以S1、S4、S2及S5间的亲缘关系很近;从福建引进的5个品种系中以F1和F4间的亲缘关系很近。27 morphological markers of 15 introduced sweet potato varieties(lines) were clustered to study their genetic relationship for rationally utilizing sweet potato varieties.The results showed that 15 introduced sweet potato varieties(lines)were divided into 4 groups according to 7.2 euclidean distance,the genetic relationship between Y1 and other varieties was relatively far,the genetic relationship among S1,S4,S2 and S5 varieties in 6 varieties introduced from Sichuan province was much close,and the genetic relationship between F1 and F4 varieties in 5 varieties introduced from Fujian province was much close as well.
