大五星枇杷在两种栽培模式下果实的生长发育及品质差异分析  

Analysis of Differences between Development and Quality of Loquat Fruit of Dawuxing(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.) under Two Cultivation Models

摘　　要：本试验以大五星枇杷为材料,调查了露地和大棚果实的生长发育动态,测试了两种栽培模式下的果实品质。结果表明,露地和大棚果实纵、横径生长曲线均呈单S型,其发育分为3个阶段:阶段Ⅰ为果实膨大缓慢期;阶段Ⅱ为果实快速膨大期;阶段Ⅲ为生长减缓期。大棚的果实比露地提早13 d左右成熟。通过品质测试分析得出,露地果实外观表现为近圆形,大棚果实表现为椭圆形;大棚大五星的平均单果重比露地重8.7 g左右,可食率高1%左右,可溶性固形物含量高约1.5个百分点,总糖含量高约0.8个百分点,Vc含量高约0.03μg.g-1,总酸含量基本一致。In this trial,using Dawuxing as test material,the growth and development of loquat was investigated,and the fruit quality in two different cultivation models,open field and plastic greenhouse were compared.The results showed that the growth curve of loquat fruits presented as a single ＇S＇ according to the data measured by longitudinal diametre and diametre under two cultivation models.Loquat fruit growth and development was divided into three phases,phase Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was slow phase of fruit expansion,fruit rapid expansion phase and retard phase of fruit growth,respectively.The mature date of loquat fruit in plastic greenhouse was earlier 13 d than that in open field.The fruit appearance looked quite round in open field and oval round in plastic greenhouse according to the data of quality analysis.The single fruit average weight in plastic greenhouse was 8.7 g higher,edible rate higher about 1 %,content of soluble solids higher 1.5 %,total sugar content higher 0.8 %,and Vc higher about 0.03 μg·g-1 compared to that of the loquats which were planted in open field.In addition,there was no difference between total acid content of the loquats under the two different cultivar conditions.
