摘  要:利用叶绿素荧光特征参数研究了‘金陵黄枫’等黄叶鸡爪槭品种PSⅡ光化学活性、能量分配及日灼抗性的差异。结果表明,品种‘金陵黄枫’的Fv/Fo、Yield等荧光参数显著高于‘荷兰黄枫’及原变种,而该品种的ETR及qP与另外2个品种无显著差异。分析表明qN高的品种日灼伤害更严重,并且,易受日灼伤害的品种同时具有较低的实际光化学反应效率和电子传递速率。Experiment was counducted to study the photochemical activity of PSⅡ,energy distribution and the difference in resistance to sunburn of Acer palmatum cultivars with yellow-leaf through the characterics of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The result showed that fluorescence parameters,such as Fv/Fo,Yield of 'Jin Ling Huang Feng' was higher significantly than that of 'He Lan Huang Feng' and the original variant;However,as to the fluorescence parameters ETR and qP,there was no significant difference among 'Jin Ling Huang Feng','He that of Lan Huang Feng' and the original variant;Fo and Fm of 'He Lan Huang Feng' and 'Jin Ling Huang Feng' were lower significantly than the original variant.Analysis indicated that the Acer palmatum cultivar which had high qN,low Yield and low ETR would suffer from serious sunburn injury.
