摘　　要：以护理专业学生为例,在调查大学生职业生涯规划现状的基础上探讨大学生职业生涯规划体系的构建,侧重组织结构、课程体系、个性化服务等方面,切实帮助大学生认识自我,规划人生,发展职业。According to the investigation of current situation of the plan about career of university students,taking students of nursing specialty for example,this paper probes into the construction of the system of the plan about career,placing emphasis on organization construction,the curricular system,individual service,in order to help university students get an understanding of themselves,program their life and develop their profession.
