农村金融发展与农村经济增长关系的实证研究——基于四平市的分析(1995-2008)

摘　　要：根据内生经济增长理论中的帕加诺模型,运用多元回归分析方法,研究了农村金融发展与农村经济增长之间的关系。研究结果表明:农村资金通过农村金融体系大量流出农村,资金外流阻碍了农村经济增长,农村金融发展与农村经济增长负相关;农民收入增长有利于农村经济增长;高利率不利于农村经济增长。建议政府应该着力提高农民收入并在农村实行更为灵活的利率政策。According to pagano model and using multiple regression analysis,this paper showed that the rural financial system in rural areas through a lot of money out of rural areas,impeding the outflow of economic growth in rural areas and rural financial development and rural economic growth negatively correlated.The income growth of farmer promotes rural economic growth.High interest rates is not conducive to rural economic growth.The paper recommends that the government should focus on improving the income of peasants and implement flexible interest rate policy.
