摘　　要：文章从利益观的重要性和衡量标准出发,指出利益观的失范是导致高职高校党员干部党风廉政问题的根源,并提出了构建利益约束和民主监督机制、完善学术评定和激励机制、完善利益分配机制等解决措施。Based on the importance and standard of views on interests,the paper points out that anomie in terms of views on interests leads to issues of the Party＇s style of work,and puts forward a series of countermeasures,i.e.establishing a system with restraints on interests and democratic supervision,improving academic appraisal and motivation system,optimizing the system of interest distribution,and so on.
