摘　　要：介绍了ZMD公司生产的高精度数字型温度传感器Tsic506的功能、结构及工作原理,并给出了在温度控制系统中的应用,通过实验可知,Tsic506具有分辨率高、测温准确、功耗低、响应快速等优点,采用单总线接口,连接电路简单,具有广阔的应用空间。The function,structure and working principle of high accuracy digital temperature sensor Tsic506 are introduced,Which is produced by the ZMD Company.The application is given in the temperature control system,The experiment shows that,Tsic506 high resolution,temperature measurement accuracy,low power consumption,fast response,etc.,using a single bus interface,the connection circuit is simple,has a broad application space.
