眶骨膜固定在上睑皮肤松弛整复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨眶骨膜固定在上睑皮肤松弛整复的应用效果。方法按照传统手术方法在眉下设计手术切口,根据皮肤松弛度去除一定量的皮肤,将切口下缘皮下组织固定于眶骨骨膜,以保持上睑皮肤松弛的整复效果。结果本组108例患者,术后随访1～5年,效果满意。结论眶骨膜固定操作简单,结合传统手术方法,使手术效果更持久,远期效果好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of orbital periosteum fixation in the treatment of upper eyelid laxity.Methods According to the traditional method,the surgical incision below the eyebrow was chosen then some sagging skin was removed.In addition.orbital periosteum fixation was added into the procedure in order to maintain the clinical effect in the treatment of upper eyelid laxity.One hundred and eight patients were performed this operation between 2000 and 2005.Results All patients were followed up for 1-5 years and were satisfactory with the results.Conclusion Orbital periosteum fixation is easy to operate.The traditional method plus orbital periosteum fixation can achieve long-term effect.
