手法复位结合空心拉力螺钉微创治疗锁骨骨折42例

摘　　要：目的探讨运用手法复位结合空心拉力螺钉微创治疗锁骨骨折。方法自2006年1月至2010年1月,运用手法复位结合空心拉力螺钉微创治疗锁骨骨折42例。结果患者均获随访,随访时间6～18个月,42例患者骨折全部愈合,无切口感染、畸形愈合、骨不连等并发症,优良率97.6%。结论手法复位结合空心拉力螺钉微创治疗锁骨骨折是一种操作简单、创伤小、疗效优良的方法。Objective To explore the outcome of the treatment of clavicle fracture with closed reduction and cannulated compression screw fixation.Methods Fourty two patients with clavicle fractures were treated with closed reduction and cannulated compression screw fixation from January 2006 to January 2010.Results All patients were followed up for 6-18 months.The union of fracture were all good in X-ray.There were no abnormalities,delayed healing and complications in all patients.The excellent rate was 97.6%.Conclusion This operation method is a kind of simple,effective and minimal invasive surgical procedure for the treatment of clavicle fracture.
