摘 要:对比了聚合物水泥砂浆和普通水泥砂浆的耐久性能,主要包括收缩、抗渗、碳化和抗冻性能,并采用XRD及SEM对其微观机理进行分析,结果表明:聚合物的掺入使得水泥砂浆的收缩值明显降低,而且随掺量的增加其收缩率降低;水泥砂浆的抗渗、抗碳化以及抗冻性能随着水泥砂浆中聚合物掺量的增加而逐步提高;掺加纳米级SiO2的聚合物水泥砂浆抗渗性能最好,抗碳化性能相对较差,但仍远优于普通水泥砂浆。The durability properties of polymer modified cement mortar such as drying shrinkage,impermeability,carbonation and frost resistance were compared with those of ordinary cement mortar.Their micro-mechanism was analyzed by use of XRD and SEM.The results show that the drying shrinkage of the polymer modified cement mortar evidently decreases and it is lower with the increase of the ratio of polymer.The impermeability,carbonation and frost resistance gradually increase with the increase of the ratio of polymer.The impermeability of Nano-SiO2 polymer modified cement mortar is the best,and the carbonation is relatively poor,but it is better than that of ordinary cement mortar.
