摘　　要：详细阐述基于iphone的防汛掌上通平台的框架构建、功能设计等,提出在终端应用层面实现信息融合和共享的方法。平台采用C/S 3层架构,由基础数据层、业务逻辑层、通讯网络层及终端展现层构成。通过分布式汛情数据源部署和模块化管理,在应用层面对数据进行整合,可实现汛情信息共享。使用该平台借助无线网络,可随时随地查询、检索各类汛情信息。The frame structure and function design of flood control PDA platform based on iphone were depicted.A method to realize information assimilation and sharing was proposed from the viewpoint of terminal application layer.The platform of flood control PDA adopted C/S three-layer and was composed of basic data layer,operation logic layer,communication network layer and terminal display layer.Based on the layout of distributed flood data sources and the template management,the relative data were integrated in the terminal application layer so as to realize the sharing of flood information.Through the wireless network,various flood information situations could be queried and searched by use of the iphone terminals.
