摘 要:为了研究体育专业大学生无氧工作能力特征,采用实验法对80名体育专业大学生进行30s Wingate无氧试验。结果表明:2007级男女生PP值最高分别为(13.79±2.45)w/kg、(10.54±3.07)w/kg,2005级男女生MP值最低分别为(10.97±2.34)w/kg、(8.21±1.83)w/kg,2005级男女生PP值均有显著差异p<0.05,而MP、AP、PD值男生无显著差异p>0.05,男、女生AP呈逐渐增加趋势。以0.075kg/kg体重负荷进行Wingate试验,各年级女生PD值均低于男生,说明男生比女生更容易疲劳。In order to study the anaerobic work capacity of college students, a 30-second Wingate Anaerobic Test was employed among 80 students majoring in PE. The results indicated that the highest PP records for male and female students from grade 2007 were (13.79±2.45)w/kg and (10.54±3.07)w/kg respectively. The lowest MP records for male and female students from grade 2005 were (10.97±2.34) w/kg and (8.21 ±1.83)w/kg respectively. Significant differences were found in PP among both males and females from grade 2005 (P〈0.05), while no significant difference was found in MP,AP、PD among males (P〉0.05), but AP among both males and females tended to increase. We concluded that in the Wingate Anaerobic Test at a 0.075kg/kg load to weight, PD among females was lower than that of males in each grade, which means males are more inclined to feel fatigued than females.
