摘  要:以烤烟品种G80中部烟叶为材料,通过变频器控制密集烤房循环风机转速,研究密集烘烤定色后期和干筋期循环风机转速对烤后烟叶外观质量、化学成分、评吸质量、等级比例及其烘烤能耗与成本的影响。结果表明,适当降低烘烤后期风机转速能够提高中上等烟叶比例,改善烟叶的外观质量、内化学成分的协调性和感官评吸质量,尤其是对香气质、香气量、刺激性和口感的改善效果最佳,同时降低能耗。以定色后期风机转速960r/min,干筋期风机转速720r/min增质节能效果最好。The effect of fan speed controlled by inverter during the later leaf-drying stage and the stem-drying stage of bulk curing on sensory quality,chemical components,smoking quality,percentage of grade,energy consumption and curing cost of a tobacco cultivar G80 were studied. The results showed that reducing fan speed appropriatly during the later bulk curing could reduce energy consumption and cost of bulk curing,increase percentages of high and middle grade tobacco leaves,improve sensory quality,chemical components harmony and smoking quality,especially quality of aroma,volume of aroma,irritation and taste of tobacco leaves,of which T4 (fan speed was 960 r/min during the later leaf-drying stage and 720 r/min during the stem-drying stage) was the best.
