摘  要:利用林内和林窗环境的表土开展干湿交替的室内培养实验,研究水分和覆盖枯落物对土壤碳释放的影响,同时探讨在模拟延长干旱环境下,土壤碳释放的驱动机制。结果表明,在模拟干湿交替培养实验中,枯落物明显减缓了土壤水分的散失速率,其中在林内达到显著水平(P<0.05),而在林窗未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。林内和林窗土壤碳释放速率随着培养周期的增加而逐渐减少,且林内和林窗间的差异亦逐渐减少,从第1个培养周期的17.51%减少到第3个培养周期的0.69%。经历半个月干旱后,重新开始干湿交替培养实验,发现林内和林窗土壤碳释放均有明显增加,林内和林窗的差异重新增至33.18%。在整个培养试验中,无论是林内还是林窗,枯落物覆盖处理显著增加了土壤碳释放量(P<0.01),土壤含水量均能较好地解释土壤碳释放速率的变化(R2>0.77)。Using the soil derived from understory and gap environment an experiment on the alternation of drying and wetting incubation was carried out,which studied the influence of water content and litter cover on soil carbon release and discussed the driving mechanism of soil carbon release after stimulation of extreme drought conditions. The result showed litter obviously decreased moisture dissipation rate,the difference reached a significant level——P0.05 in the understory environment and it was not significant in the gap environment in the alternation of drying and wetting incubation experiment. The mean soil carbon release of the understory and gap decreased gradually with the incubation period. The difference of soil carbon release between understory and gap decreased gradually,from 17.51% in the first incubation period to 0.69% in the third incubation period. The soil carbon release of the restarted alternation of drying and wetting increased both in the understory and gap after half-month drying condition. The difference of soil carbon release between understory and gap increased to 33.18 %. Litter covering treatment could significantly increase soil carbon release rate——P0.01 and soil water content could well explain (R20.77)the change of soil carbon release rates in the alternation of drying and wetting experiment during the entire incubation experiment.
