摘 要:通过周年采集标本,研究江西青岚湖淡水蚌类的资源现状和时空变化。结果表明:青岚湖淡水蚌类有11属35种,优势种为圆顶珠蚌、洞穴丽蚌和中国尖嵴蚌,它们在每个季节标本中都占较大的比例,并且秋、冬两季所获标本明显少于春、夏两季。标本属、种数在每个季节相差不大,秋季以11属、21种为最多。标本各属所含种数差异较大,丽蚌属包括9种、无齿蚌属包括8种,分别占总种数的25.71%和22.86%;而珠蚌属、冠蚌属、扭蚌属和帆蚌属各只有1种,分别占总种数的2.86%。青岚湖淡水蚌类夏季生物量和密度最大,分别为22.75g/m2和0.81ind./m2;秋季生物量和密度最小,分别为16.24g/m2和0.65ind./m2;全年平均生物量为(15.94±5.26)g/m2,全年平均密度为(0.59±0.21)ind./m2,说明青岚湖淡水蚌类资源比较丰富,但各个季节、各属之间存在明显的差异。The study was carried out through collecting the annual specimens on the resources status and spatio-temporal variation of freshwater mussel in Qinglan Lake of Jiangxi. The results indicated that freshwater mussel in Qinglan Lake had 35 species belonging to 11 genera,and its dominant species were Unio douglasiae,Lamprotula caveata and Acuticosta chinensis,meanwhile their specimens had a major proportion of the total specimens of each season,and the specimens of autumn and winter were obviously less than that of spring and summer. The numbers of genera and species of the specimens had little difference among the seasons,and autumn had the largest number with 11 genera and 21 species. The numbers of species belonging to each genus of the specimens varied,Lamprotula included 9 species and Anodonta included 8 species respectively,which were 25.71% and 22.86% of the total species respectively; in the meanwhile,Unio,Cristaria,Arconaia and Hyriopsis only included 1 specie respectively,which was 2.86% of the total species respectively. The results of quantitative investigation of freshwater mussel in the Qinglan Lake showed that summer had the maximal biomass and density,being 22.75 g/m2 and 0.81 ind./m2 respectively; in contrast,autumn had the minimal biomass and density,being 16.24 g/m2 and 0.65 ind./m2 respectively; the total annual average biomass was(15.94±5.26)g/m2 with density of(1.52±0.56)ind./m2,so the results indicated that the resources on freshwater mussel in Qinglan Lake was abundant,but there were obvious distinctions among the seasons and the genera.
