摘 要:分别采用有限元法和试验模态分析法对某两轮摩托车车架进行了模态分析。2种方法的对比验证了有限元建模的正确性。同时得出该车架的前10阶固有频率及振型,使摩托车的结构在设计中尽量避免共振和噪声,加强其稳定性、舒适性,为车架的改进设计提供依据。In this paper, the modal characteristic of a two-wheel motorcycle frame is analyzed by the Finite Element Method (FEM) and the Experimental Modal Analysis (EMA) respectively. The compare between the two methods proves that the finite modal is correct. Then, the frame' s former ten natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes are obtained to avoid resonance and noise, and strengthen stability and comfortability during the design of the motorcycle frame. The study supplies foundation for theory to improve the design of the frame.
