摘　　要：在对604个农村微型企业业主调查、访谈的基础上,运用资源理论的基本分析框架,研究了我国农村微型企业的人力资源、物质资源与社会资本的特征,认为农村微型企业的资源交易秩序是一种典型的社会网络治理,该种治理机制有其社会适用性,并能够节约交易费用,但封闭性、自我锁定和惯性等特征也限制了资源的合理流动.Based on data from 604 owners of micro-enterprises, this paper examines resources characteristic of micro-enterprise in the resource theorey view, which consist of human resource, material resource and social resource. We argue that the mechanism of rural resource transaction is a typical social network government, and it works well resulting from its fitness to the social environment and saving cost of transaction. Every coin has two sides, it is accompanied by some disbenefit natures such as close, self-locked and inertia, which limit the flow of resources.
