摘　　要：随着贵阳的城市化发展,交通拥挤现象越来越严重,然而轻轨的出现将是解决这一问题的关键。轻轨对其周边房地产特别是住宅房地产价格的影响有多大,如何利用轻轨引导城市结构的发展,是很多购房者、开发商、政府部门关心的问题。针对贵阳市正在大力建设的城市轻轨,本文从贵阳市轻轨沿线的住房价格入手,通过实地调研,试分析贵阳市轻轨建设对房地产的影响。With the development of the city of Guiyang,the phenomenon of traffic congestion becomes more and more serious.However,the emergence of light rail will be the key to solve this problem.The impact of the coustruction of light rail to the real estate price in its Surrounding areas,and how to use light rail to guide the development of urban structure are the issues that many house buyers,developers and government concern with.Guiyang City is vigorously constructingfor light rail.Starting with the price of real estate areas surrounded by light rail,this paper discusses the impact of the construction of light rail to the real estate price in its surrounding areas.
