摘　　要：成人成才是每个社会对青年一代的殷切期望。在当今的情况下,处在大变化、大发展、大调整时代和物质条件相对丰裕的社会环境中的＂80~90后＂大学生群体,他们的成人成才,面临着诸多挑战。社会、家庭、学校等各方要重视他们的精神层面的需求,促进他们的精神成长,使他们成为社会有用的人才。Becoming talent and growing up are the expectations of the whole society for the youth.Nowadays,the university students born in 1980s and 1990s who grow up in a great age of great changes,fast development and huge readjustment,and in an environment of relatively abundant material conditions are facing a number of challenges,which requires the public attention to their spiritual needs from the society,families and schools to advance the spiritual growth and become the talent for society.
