商丘市蔬菜重金属污染状况与质量评价

摘　　要：为了解商丘市售蔬菜中重金属污染情况,对市售13种蔬菜进行了镉、铬、铅、汞、铜等5种元素含量检测,采用中华人民共和国蔬菜食品卫生标准评价蔬菜重金属污染状况。结果表明,商丘市售蔬菜中Cd、Pb存在一定程度的超标现象,Cu、Hg、Cr含量较低。In order to research the heavy metal pollution situation in vegetables in the Shangqiu marketst,ested element content of CdC,r,Pb,HgC,u in 13 kinds of vegetables in the markets were tested.The People’s Republic of China vegetable food hygiene standards were used to analysis heavy metal pollution condition in vegetables.Results indicated that Cd and Pb exceeded the standard to some degree,but Cu,Hg,and Cr were lower in vegetables in the Shangqiu markets.
