美缅关系回暖的动因分析

摘　　要：2009年美国与缅甸之间的关系出现了回暖迹象,双方高层互动频繁,对抗关系有所松动,这是双方权衡各自利益的战略选择。但由于双方因战略目标存在差异,互信机制尚未建立,两国关系的未来发展还存在诸多变量。By reviewing U.S.-Myanmar relations in 2009,we can discover an obvious detente because of frequent exchange visits and less rivalry between both sides,which is a strategic choice after striking a balance between mutual benefits.However,the future of U.S.-Myanmar relations will be variable because of the differences between the strategic objects and mutual trust mechanism between both sides to be founded.
