摘　　要：农民工仍然是当今中国社会的弱势群体,城乡差别依然,二元经济结构的鸿沟仍在。以唐山市煤炭采掘业农民工为例,从农民工流动就业、生存与发展、需要与认知的基本趋势等方面考察这一群体的状况和特点,并提出针对农民工群体的颇具操作性的建议和对策。Migrant workers are still disadvantaged groups of society in China.Urban-rural divide remains the same.The disparity of the dual economic structure still exists.The report studies the situations and characteristics of migrant workers by discussing mobile jobs,survival and development,needs and cognitive issues.And it puts forward the suggestions and strategies for migrant workers.
