摘 要:为明确广东省烟草病毒病种类及其主要侵染病原,对广东2个主要烟区(韶关地区和梅州地区)进行了病毒病害调查,并对采自田间的62个花叶病样本,通过鉴别寄主、ELISA和RT-PCR法进行了病原种类鉴定。结果表明:在上述2个主要烟区,主要是花叶病危害,很少发现其他病毒种类;病原鉴定方面,在62个花叶病样本中,61.29%为单TMV侵染,20.97%为单CMV侵染,17.74%为TMV和CMV复合侵染。Investigation of viral diseases in tobacco in two main regions(Shaoguan and Meizhou) in Guangdong province was carried out in order to find out pathogeny.62 samples showing mosaic symptoms from fields were collected and analyzed by mechanical inoculation of identified hosts,ELISA,and RT-PCR.Results showed that tobacco plants were mainly infected by mosaic viruses,and rarely by other viruses in the two districts.Identification of the types of mosaic viruses revealed that 61.29% and 20.97% of samples were infected by single virus of TMV and CMV respectively,and 17.74% were infected by both TMV and CMV.
