自动缓冲库控制系统的设计

摘　　要：基于源峰公司生产的自动缓冲库柔性制造系统,主要做了PLC的软件设计。设计中以松下电工产品FP∑型PLC为核心,通过PLC控制直流电动机的正反转与汽缸来实现自动缓冲库货物的出库与入库操作以及传感器与PLC的配合使用完成对货物数目的统计、定位等并通过PC-Link网络实现数据共享。它具有成本低,稳定性好、可靠性高,完善的安全机制,广泛应用于工业自动化控制领域。This design is based on the FP∑PLC of Panasonic.Through controlling the positive inversion of DC motor and the operation of cylinder by PLC,goods in the system can enter and exit the storage buffer automatically.By the use of sensors and PLC,the system can complete the statistics and orientation of goods.It can also realize data sharing by the use of PC-Link network.Because of its low cost, well stability,high reliability,and perfect security mechanism,the system can be widely used in the field of industrial automation.And the promotion of this design will play an important role in the field of industrial automation in our country.
