摘　　要："海西建设"是当下福建各个产业发展的宏观大背景。以高校图书馆的新发展为切入点,剖析其作用发挥及作用本质,进而紧扣"海西"区域文化产业发展的新趋势,分析图书馆与区域文化产业发展之间的关系,从而探索其服务区域文化产业的方式与方法,找到具有可行性的服务路径。＂Hercynian building＂ is present in all the industrial development of Fujian macro backdrop.This new development of the University Library as a starting point to analyze the nature of the role and function of playing,and then closely ＂Hercynian＂ Regional cultural industry development trends,analysis libraries and regional relationship between the development of cultural industries in order to explore The service area of cultural industries in the ways and means to find a feasible path of service.
