摘　　要：通过对高炉冷却壁结构分析,找出冷却壁铸造工艺难点,采用适量内冷铁,借助仿真凝固模拟验证等措施,最终设计出合理的工艺方案,生产出高质量的合格铸件。Based on the structure of cooling stave,the difficulties in casting process of cooling stave were studied.Using proper cold chiller,taking measures of solidification simulation test,the reasonable process procedure was designed and the high quality casting were produced.
