摘　　要：对河南省高校大学生参加健美运动的动机、影响大学生参加健美运动的主要因素等方面进行分析,找出存在的问题并提出了有效提高健美课程学习效率的建议,旨在为我省普通本科高校健美运动的健康快速发展提供参考依据.Analyzed aspects of the motivation that college students in Henan province to participate in body building and the factors that influence college students to do body building,revealed the existing problems,and put forward suggestions on improving study efficiency of body building course in order to provide reference to the rapid and sound development of body building in ordinary undergraduate colleges of Henan province.
