党参对小鼠Ⅲ度烫伤早期胃肠动力的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨中药党参对严重烫伤早期胃肠动力的影响及它们之间的量效关系。方法：在小鼠背部，造成２０ ％ ＴＢＳＡⅢ度烫伤模型，烫伤后２ｈ 、８ｈ 分别灌胃党参煎剂，１２ｈ 灌胃碳素墨水，２５ｍｉｎ 后处死，计算小肠推进率。结果：党参煎剂能显著提高小肠推进率，且具有量效关系。当０ ．１ｇ／ｄ 时，能显著提高小肠推进率，０ ．２ｇ／ｄ 小肠推进率达到一恒定的水平。结论：中药党参能改善烫伤后的肠动力功能。Objective:To investigate the effects on gastrointestinal motility of shock period in Ⅲ  burn rats and the dose effect relationship.Method:To adopt 20%TBSA full thickness of back scalding model and administer Codonopsis pilosula 2h,8h after scalding by stomach intubation,in 12h after scalding administer orally black ink then kill the rats and observe intestinal propulsive rate.Result:Codonopsis pilosula could promote propulsive rate of rat intestine and also have dose effect relationship.0.1g daily oral administration by stomach intubation could promote intestinal propulsive rate significently and 0.2g have the best result.Conclution:Codonopsis pilosula could ameliorate the gastrointestinal motility and be beneficial to prevention of multiple organ or system failture and gut original infection.
