摘 要:通过棕色陆地棉品种H44(P1)与海岛棉品种(新海16)(P2)杂交,对其杂交后代的遗传和分离进行了分析,结果表明:(1)通过对F2代群体不同颜色类型分析,表明棕色纤维基因的遗传是由两对主效基因控制,与1∶4∶6∶4∶1的理论分布相一致,表现为加性基因效应;(2)F1代表现为浅棕红色纤维;长度的显性度为1,纤维长度可达到高亲的水平;(3)估算海陆(棕)双亲纤维长度的有效基因最少相差7对;(4)将彩色纤维作为标记性状,分析彩色纤维基因与其他农艺性状遗传关系,结果是果枝数、株高、铃数、绒长四个性状与彩色纤维基因有较紧密的连锁关系,尤其是与绒长的连锁关系密切.This experiment analyzed genetic segregation of the hybrid progeny from a brown upland cotton variety H44 and island cotton variety Xinhai 16.Results show:(1)Analysis of different color types of F2 population showed that brown fiber was controlled by two pairs of genes and fitted a theoretical distribution of 1∶4∶6∶4∶1.The gene showed additive effect.(2)The F1 generation appeared brownish red fiber.Dominant degree of fiber length was 1 and fiber length of F1 had heterosis,which reached at the high value of parents.(3)It was estimated that at least effective seven pairs of genes of fiber length differed between two varieties.(4)Analysis of genetic relationship between color fiber gene and other agronomic traits with color fiber as marker showed that the four traits of fruit branch number,plant height,boll number,and fiber length had a close linkage with color fiber gene,especially with fiber length.
