摘　　要：医疗服务过程是一种复杂的过程,传统软件工程的建模方法已经不能适应这种复杂多变的需求。针对该问题,给出了一种基于过程挖掘的医疗服务过程建模方法,并结合支气管哮喘诊疗过程建模实例说明了如何收集日志、分析重命名任务及不可见任务。根据医疗业务过程的特点,改造了已有的过程挖掘算法,使其更适用于医疗过程的建模。最后,通过在开源的过程挖掘框架PROM中开发插件实现了该方法。Healthcare service process modeling was very complex,it was hard to use traditional software engineering method to obtain its model.Aiming at this problem,a novel healthcare service process modeling method,which based on process mining,was proposed.A modeling example of diagnosis treatment process for bronchial asthma was given to illustrate how to collect event logs,analyze duplicate tasks,and detect invisible tasks.The process mining algorithm was modified according to the features of healthcare service process.And the improved algorithm was more adaptive to the healthcare environment.Finally,a plug-in tool in PROM was developed to implement this algorithm.
