滋肾止血片对实验性IgA肾病大鼠肾组织TGF-β基因表达的影响

摘　　要：采用口服牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)和葡萄球菌肠毒素B(SEB)感染的复合法诱发大鼠的IgA肾病(IgAN)模型 ,并运用时振声教授治疗肾炎的有效方剂滋肾止血片对该模型肾组织转化生长因子 β(TGF β)基因表达进行研究 ,提示该药对IgAN大鼠肾组织TGFThe IgAN rat model was induced through oral administration of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and staphylococcus enterotoxin infection. Using Zishenzhixue tablet, TCM prescription by Professor Shi Zhensheng with efficacy on nephritis, observed the gene expression of transforming growth factor (TGF_β). The result suggested the tablet had inhibitive action on mRNA expression of renal tissue TGF_β of IgAN rat model. The tablet is composed by Nüzhenzi (Privet Berry), Hanliancao (Yerbadetajo), Baimaogen (Cogongrass Rhizome), Shiwei (Pyrrosia Leaf), Baihuasheshecao (Herb of Spreading Hedyotis), Yimucao (Motherwort Herb), et al.
