极低出生体重儿早期胃肠母乳微量喂养的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究早期胃肠母乳微量喂养对极低出生体重儿(VLBWI)生长发育、胃肠耐受的影响,为VLBWI的早期微量喂养提供科学依据。方法:将2008年2月～2010年2月济宁市第一人民医院NICU住院的符合入选标准的65例VLBWI随机分为实验组(早期胃肠母乳微量喂养)及对照组(生后24h开始喂养),对两组患儿的生长发育与喂养耐受、并发症进行监测。结果:两组光疗时间、恢复完全胃肠营养时间、住院天数、对喂养耐受情况、并发症等相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VLBWE早期胃肠微量母乳喂养可促进胃肠和新生儿的生长发育,并发症少,安全有效,适合临床使用。Objective：To study influence of early little breast-feedings to growth and gastrointestinal tolerance of very low birth weight infant（VLBWI）.Methods：65 patients in NICU from February 2008 to February 2010 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group（early gastrointestinal breast feedings） and the control group（beginning fed 24 h after birth）,growth and feeding intolerance and complications of the two groups children were monitored.Results：Light therapy time,enteral nutrition recovery time,hospital stay,the situation on feeding tolerance and complications were significantly different（P0.05）.Conclusion：Early trace gastrointestinal breast feeding can promote neonatal growth and development of gastrointestinal tract,the complications is less and safe and effective for clinical use.
