摘 要:目的:同时检测血清胱抑素C(Cystatin-C/CyC)与血清肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN),并计算肾小球滤过率(GFR),各指标间互相比较,探讨CyC在慢性肾脏病患者肾功能评估中的早期诊断价值。方法:选择在肾脏内科住院的131例慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者作为研究对象,并以40例体检健康者作为对照,根据GFR分组,选择CyC、SCr、BUN与GFR作为观察指标,通过SPSS13.0软件计算,分析CyC在CKD早期诊断中的临床意义。结果:CyC在各组间均有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关分析CyC、SCr、BUN与GFR相比,CyC相关系数最高。结论:CyC可作为评价GFR的敏感指标,与SCr、BUN相比能更早、更客观的反映肾小球滤过功能。Objective:To detect serum cystatin C(Cystatin-C/CyC) and serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and calculate the glomerular filtration rate(GFR),to compare between the various indicators to explore the CyC in chronic assessment of renal function in patients with early renal diagnosis.Methods:Selected 131 patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) as research subjects,and 40 cases of healthy volunteers as controls,according to GFR group,selected CyC,SCr,BUN and GFR as observed indicators,calculated by SPSS 13.0 software,analysis of CyC in CKD clinical significance of early diagnosis.Results:CyC has significantly increased in CKD patients compared to controls(P0.05),Cyc,SCr,BUN compared with GFR,CyC shows a high correlation with GFR.Conclusions:Compared to other traditional markers,such as SCr,BUN,measurement of Cys C may be a better parameter to estimate GFR,especially to detect mild reductions of GFR.
