卡介苗多糖核酸注射液治疗小儿支气管哮喘59例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨卡介苗多糖核酸注射液在小儿支气管哮喘治疗中的应用效果。方法:将2009年1～12月对115例在本科门诊诊疗的小儿支气管哮喘患者,随机分为观察组59例和对照组56例,两组都给予舒张支气管、控制气道的非特异性炎症,观察组加用卡介苗多糖核酸注射液。结果:观察组和对照组的哮喘控制总有效率分别为94.9%和80.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:卡介苗多糖核酸注射液用来在免疫方面治疗哮喘取得了较好效果,值得在基层医院推广。Objective：To evaluate the effect in treatment of bronchial asthma in children with BCG-PSN injection.Methods：From January to December in 2009,115 cases of pediatric out-patient department at the bronchial asthma children patients were randomly divided into two groups,59 cases in the observation group,and 56 cases in the control group,the two groups were given relaxation of bronchus,control non-specific inflammation of airway,observation group were treated with BCG-PSN injection.Results：The total effective rate of asthma control were 94.9% and 80.4% in the observation group and the control group respectively.The two groups had significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：BCG-PSN injection for the treatment of asthma in the immunization achieves good results,it is worth popularizing in basic hospitals.
