摘　　要：随着信息化、自动化高度发展,企业在全球范围内的竞争更加激烈,要生存和持续发展,必须始终保持竞争优势尤其是企业的成本优势。文章从有色行业企业管理者角度出发,系统的介绍了矿山成本的主要构成及企业成本管理中存在的问题,并提出了一套有效、快速、准确地解决企业成本数据整合、成本核算以及成本预测分析等功能的信息化管理系统。With the development of informatization and automatization,competitions become more intense among different enterprises.In order to survive and develop,the enterprises must own more predominance,especially in cost.From the view of enterprise managers in non-ferrous industry,the formation of cost and the problems in cost management were analyzed.Based on the idea of cost reduction,an information management system which could effectively realize data arrangement,cost accounting and cost forecast has been put forward.
