健美操分级教学的实践性探究

摘　　要：如何提高高校体育教育的质量,更好地树立以人为本,为学生服务的思想,改变传统的教学模式已是势在必行.分级教学方法在高校健美操教学中的应用是建立在学校选课教改基础上的一个新生事物,该方法不仅解决了以往传统教学模式所出现的"吃不饱"和"吃不了"的难题,同时,又促进了教学改革向更深层次的发展,提高了教学质量,激励了学生的学习兴趣,调动了教师的教学积极性.According to the foundation of the humanistic basis and serving for the students,it is necessary to change the traditional teaching pattern to improve the quality of sports education in university.The method is a newly emerging thing based on the collage teaching innovation of the selective courses.This application not only solve the difficult problem of ＂not enough＂ and ＂too much＂ in the traditional teaching pattern but also promote the further development of teaching innovation.
