摘　　要：文章从详细分析高校图书馆不同的读者群的特点入手,对高校不同的读者群的特点进行了详细分析,指出高校图书馆的服务创新必须是基于对不同的读者群的了解、研究。弄清不同的读者群对服务的具体需求是什么,然后根据这些具体需求来有针对性地进行服务创新。This paper holds that the service innovation of university library should be based on the research on the readers.Thus this paper has conducted a detailed analysis of the characteristics of different reader groups,and discussed about the service innovation to meet the needs of different readers.
