论危机警务中公安新闻发布存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：公安新闻发布作为危机警务中发布信息、引导舆论的重要工具,是成功处置危机警务的关键。现行的新闻发布存在错误的媒体认知、缺乏发布快速反应机制、发布渠道单一、不注重新闻发布效果、新闻发布后续工作有待完善等问题。完善危机警务中公安新闻发布需要从加强发布工作培训,提高发言人素质;建立健全危机警务新闻发布快速反应机制;适时开展多种形式的新闻发布;提高现场新闻发布能力;做好新闻发布后续报道跟踪等五个方面着手。As a tool to release information and guide public opinion in Crisis Policing,Public Security News Release is the key to handle Crisis Policing successfully.There are some problems in current news realease,which are： wrong media cognition,for the lack of rapid response release mechanism,the single release channel,no pay attention to news release results,news release follow-up works to be perfect.To better Public Security News Release of Crisis Policing,there are five aspects to do,which are： to strengthen training to news release and improve the spokeman’s qualities;establish rapid response release mechanism in news release work of Crisis Policing;timely release of news in various forms;improve ability to on-site news release;do works well of tracking on follow-up news reports after news release.
