摘 要:目的通过对2010年4~8月北京市怀柔区手足口病病原学监测数据的分析,了解北京市怀柔区手足口病流行趋势,为该地区手足口病防治提供科学依据,同时探讨实时荧光RT-PCR在检测手足口病毒核酸中的应用价值。方法采集2010年4~8月怀柔区疑似肠道病毒感染者咽拭子和疱疹液标本,用实时荧光RT-PCR方法对人肠道病毒(包括EV71、CoXA16)进行核酸检测。结果 2010年4~8月共采集121例标本,检出肠道病毒EV71型87例,CoXA16型19例,肠道病毒通用型6例,阴性9例。结论 2010年4~8月怀柔区手足口病毒以肠道病毒EV71型为主。实时荧光RT-PCR技术具有特异性强、灵敏度高的特点,且能在采样后数小时内检测到病毒的RNA,从而达到快速诊断的目的,该方法对手足口病的治疗及疫情的有效控制提供有力的病原学支持。Objective To analyze pathogen surveillance data of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in Huairou District of Beijing during April to August 2010 to understand trend of HFMD incidence and provide scientific evidence for its control,as well as to study the application value of fluorescence real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in detecting nucleic acid of the virus causing HFMD.Methods Throat swabs and specimens of vesicular exanthem were collected from children with suspected enterovirus infection in Huairou District during April to August 2010.Nucleic acid of enterovirus type 71(EV71) and Coxsackievirus A 16(Cox A16) was detected by fluorescence RT-PCR.Results Totally,121 specimens were collected during April to August 2010,and 87 were identified as EV71,19 Cox A16,six general type of enterovirus and nine negative.Conclusion EV 71 was dominant virus in HFMD in Huairou District during April to August 2010.Fluorescence RT-PCR featured high sensitivity and specificity and can be used as a rapid diagnostic method to detect viral RNA in several hours after specimen collection,which provides strong etiologic support for epidemiological investigation and control of enterovirus infection.
