摘　　要：目的了解北京市通州区医疗卫生机构工作人员吸烟现状及其主要影响因素,为控烟决策提供依据。方法选取通州区卫生行政机关及一、二级医疗机构共7家单位,对404名工作人员进行问卷调查。结果通州区医疗卫生机构工作人员总吸烟率为16.1%,其中男性吸烟率明显高于女性,分别为45.3%和1.1%。不同年龄、不同工作单位、不同工作岗位、不同文化程度吸烟率不同。结论通州区医疗卫生机构工作人员吸烟率仍处于较高水平,应有针对性地开展控烟干预活动。Objective To understand prevalence of smoking and its related factors among the staff of health-care institutions in Tongzhou District,Beijing to provide basis for formulating tobacco control strategy.Methods Totally,404 staff were chosen from health administration and seven primary,secondary and tertiary health-care institutions in Tongzhou District for questionnaire survey.Results Overall prevalence of smoking was 16.1 percent among the staff of health-care institutions in Tongzhou District,45.3 percent in men,significantly higher than that in women（1.1%）.Prevalence of smoking varied by age,working unit,job,or educational level of the staff.Conclusion Prevalence of smoking is still at a higher level among staff in health-care institutions of Tongzhou District and intervention for tobacco control should be carried out in a relevant way.
