摘 要:在桂林地区资源县1 200 m至1 400 m的高海拔地区进行了油茶芽苗砧嫁接试验,试验除了没有进行土壤消毒、嫁接后管理也未使用任何农药外,其它方法与低海拔80 m处对照完全相同,低海拔对照采用消毒与不消毒2个处理;结果表明:低海拔使用农药的油茶苗高生长为6.52 cm;海拔1 200 m、1 300 m、1 400 m的油茶嫁接苗高度分别为:6.35 cm、6.08 cm、5.90 cm,没有任何感病迹象,方差检验:差异不显著;而低海拔没有使用农药的嫁接苗全部感病,嫁接成活率和高生长几乎为"0"。The experiment of grafting hypocotyle oil tea seedlings was carried out in Ziyuan County,Guilin area which altitude was 1 200 m^1 400 m.The treatment was the same to the control,including 2 treatments of sterilization and no sterilization,which was in the area with 80 m altitude except no soil sterilization or chemicals after grafting.The results show that the height of the seedling in low altitude with chemicals was 6.52 cm,and that in altitude 1 200 m,1 300 m and 1 400 m was 6.35 cm,6.08 cm and 5.90 cm respectively without any infected symptoms,and the variations were not significant.The seedlings in low altitude areas without chemicals were all infected,and the survival rate and height growth were almost "0".
