摘 要:采用德国GABO公司的EPLEXOR 500N动态热力学谱仪系统对聚碳酸酯(PC)和聚氨酯(PSO)材料进行了静动态扫描和分析,通过在较宽的载荷范围内改变静动态载荷的方法,系统的分析了其储能模量、损耗模量和损耗角正切随静动态载荷变化的规律,得到了其在静动态载荷作用下的动态黏弹性特征谱。实验表明:载荷对聚合物材料的动态黏弹性影响表现为改变动态黏弹性参数,对于PC材料,储能模量随静载荷和动载荷的增大而降低,而损耗模量和损耗角正切随着载荷的减小而增加;对于PSO材料,在线性静载荷作用下,储能模量和损耗模量都随静态载荷的增加而增加,而损耗角正切随着载荷的增加而有所降低,与PC材料不同。Static-dynamic scanning experiment of polycarbonate(PC) and polysulfone(PSO) were performed on EPLEXOR 500N,which was manufactured by GABO,Germany.The variation laws of storage modulus,loss modulus and loss tangent were systematical analyzed and spectral characteristics of dynamic viscoelastic under static-dynamic loads were obtained by means of changing static load and dynamic load in a large range.The experiment results on dynamic visco-elastic under the high load show that the load effects on dynamic visco-elastic of PC and PSO performed on the changing of the dynamic visco-elastic parameters;for PC,its storage modulus decreased as the increasing in static load and dynamic load;however,loss modulus and loss angle tangent decreased as the increasing in static load and dynamic.Nevertheless,for PSO,the storage and loss modulus increased as the increasing of static load,the loss angle tangent decreased as the static load increasing.
