摘 要:解吸电喷雾电离质谱分析技术(DESI-MS)无需样品前处理和预分离,并且具有样品需求量小、高灵敏度和快速等优点。以戊胺和苯胺分别作为大气气溶胶中脂肪胺和芳香胺的代表,优化了其在DESI-MS分析中的重要实验参数,包括喷雾溶剂、喷雾溶剂流速、喷雾电压、毛细管温度、雾化气压力和几何参数等。在优化的实验条件下,有机胺DESI-MS可得到较强的信号强度,其检出限可低至pg量级。The significant advantages of desorption electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (DESI-MS) include minimal sample pretreatment,no pre-fractionation,trace sample amount,high sensitivity,and rapid analysis et al. In this work,DESI-MS analysis has been applied to N-pentylamine and phenylamine,which were taken as typical representatives of aliphatic amine and aromatic amine respectively in aerosols. Experimental conditions including spray solution,spray solution rate,spray voltage,capillary temperature,gas pressure and geometric parameters were optimized for amines. Under the optimized conditions,the limit of detection for amine was on the order of pg/mm2,which laid a good foundation for further research of amine in aerosols.
