摘 要:利用特尔菲法确定废弃物再生利用系统评价指标体系,综合考虑经济、技术和环境等属性,应用MACBETH(Measuring Attractiveness by Categorical Based Evaluation Technique)确定属性权重,再借助于PROMETHEE(Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation)对再生利用系统的绩效进行综合评价,并应用多元统计方法建立GAIA(Geometric Analysis for Interactive Aid)平面,分析决策结果的灵敏度.最后给出MACBETH和PROMETHEE多属性决策方法在废弃物再生利用系统绩效评价中的具体应用.Based on scientific decision-making methodologies,criteria system for waste recycling system performance evaluation was proposed,which covered quality,cost,technology,environmental protection,service and treatment capacity.The relative importance of the criteria was determined by MACBETH(Measuring Attractiveness by a Categorical Based Evaluation Technique),which requires just qualitative,and semantic judgment about preference differences.Outranking PROMETHEE(Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation)was applied to evaluate the performance of alternative waste recycling systems.Sensitivity of the weight was analyzed with GAIA(Geometric Analysis for Interactive Aid)planes.An example was provided to illustrate the application of MACBETH and PROMETHEE in performance evaluation of waste recycling systems.
